    Nursing care quality and patient satisfaction in the operating room of a hospital in Pasco – 2022

    Determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the operating room at a hospital in Pasco - 2022. In this paper, the hypothetico-deductive method was used, with a quantitative approach of the type application, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 100 patients in the operating room of a hospital in Pasco-2022, performing a nonprobabilistic sampling for convenience that includes 100 patients, the information that can be obtained on the quality of nursing care consists of 46 items and 6 dimensions: accessibility, explains and facilitates, comforts, anticipates, maintains a relationship of trust, monitors and follows up. The patient satisfaction information consists of 25 items and 3 dimensions: professional technical, trust, educational.
