This study is important because nursing professionals have various situations to face during professional practice, which are sometimes generated by stress. The study design, methodology is the quantitative approach. The design is non-experimental. It is cross-sectional and it is a descriptive study. The sample will be equal to the population, the non-probabilistic or directed sample will be applied, where the choice of subjects does not depend on probability, but on the properties of the population. composed of all nursing staff. The survey technique will be used. The instrument to be used will be the Spanish adaptation of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) developed by GilMonte (1994) and Gil-Monte and Peiró (1997), aimed at human services professionals (Maslach & Jackson, 1986). ).
