Publicación Acceso abierto Nivel de conocimiento y cumplimiento del manual de buenas prácticas de almacenamiento para medicamento termosensible en una droguería del distrito San Miguel-2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-08-18) Chulluncuy Camarena, Katerin Noelia; Parreño Tipián, Juan ManuelThe objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with the manual of decent storage practices for thermosensitive medications in a pharmacy in the San Miguel-2025 district. Through a quantitative, descriptive-correlational methodology, with a non-experimental, cross sectional design, a questionnaire and a checklist were applied to a census sample of 50 workers. The findings revealed that 74% of the staff had good knowledge of good storage practices for thermosensitive medications, while 18% and 8% of them had low and medium levels of knowledge, respectively. The study reveals that the relationship between the Level of Knowledge and Sex has a p - value of 0.413, this indicates that there is no relationship between both variables; similarly, this is true for Level of Knowledge and Previous Education with a p - value of 0.860; Level of Compliance and Sex with 0.953; and Prior Training with Compliance with a p-value of 0.916. In conclusion, knowledge does not guarantee adherence, so it is advisable to strengthen ongoing training, optimize logistical conditions, and foster an institutional culture that promotes systematic adherence to good practices in the management of thermosensitive medications.
