Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of 70% alcohol as a method for disinfecting hospital surfaces(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-16) Blacido Pascual, Tania Andrea; Chun Hoyos, Magali Milagros; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioOBJECTIVE: Analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of 70% Alcohol to achieve low microbiological growth and adequate relative light units in bioluminescence, in the disinfection of hospital surfaces. MATERIAL AND METHOD: systematic review, observational and retrospective design, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. RESULTS: In the selection, 08 articles were chosen, of which the results obtained show that in 62.5% (n=05/08) 70% alcohol is effective in disinfecting hospital surfaces, however 12.5% ( n=01/08) evidence that it is not effective and 25% (n=02/08) indicates that effectiveness could be achieved but not on all surfaces. CONCLUSIONS: The articles reviewed systematically show that disinfection with 70% alcohol is effective for disinfecting hospital surfaces.Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and work motivation of the nursing professional, Chancay Hospital and Basic Health Services, Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-12) Chun Hoyos, Magali Milagros; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and work motivation of nursing professionals. Population: 86 Nursing graduates. Sample: We will work with the 86 graduates who work in the Nursing Department of the hospital. Methodology: The study will be quantitative, applied, and non-experimental, observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The survey will be used as a technique, through the instruments called Organizational Climate Determination Scale and Work Motivation Scale (authors: Córdova Jacinto, Yessenia Marycruz and Salcedo Acuña Christine Geraldine), which present a Cronbach's Alpha equivalent to 0.926 and 0.938 respectively. Data Processing: The information will be collected from July 2022, which will be recorded in the Excel program, executing the quality control and organization of the respective data; later it will be exported to the SPSS software version 25.0. Statistical Analysis: The descriptive and inferential analysis will be carried out using absolute and relative frequencies through graphs, tables and the Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
