Publicación Acceso abierto Condiciones de trabajo y su relación con la calidad de vida laboral de la enfermera en el complejo hospitalario policia nacional del Perú “Luis Nicasio Sáenz” 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-16) Chung Fernandez, Li Lang; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioObjective: To determine how the working conditions are related to the quality of work life of the nurse in the hospitalization area of the Internal Medicine Service. Methodology: Quantitative approach, correlational descriptive research level, observational and cross-sectional design. Sample made up of 150 nurses. To measure the working conditions variable, the instrument developed by Garcia et al. in Colombia in 2011 and adapted by Berrospi et al. in 2017 in Peru. The measurement of the variable quality of working life was carried out with the CVP_35 questionnaire prepared by Karasek. Due to the use of ordinal polynomial qualitative variable measurement scales, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to test the hypothesis. Results: There is a significant relationship between the working conditions and the quality of work life of the nurses who work in the hospitalization area of the Internal Medicine Service. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of working conditions (individual, intra-labor and extra-labor) and the quality of working life. Conclusions: The results of the hypothesis test show a Spearman's Rho = 0.813 relationship between working conditions and quality of working life with a p value = 0.001 between the variables, confirming that it is statistically significant.
