    In this research, the Objective was sought: to determine the relationship between the consumer profile of the Martínez pharmacy in San Juan de Miraflores and their collagen purchasing preference Lima - 2024. Method: A deductive method was used with a quantitative approach, using an applied non-experimental design. The initial sample was made up of 384 participants, of which 4 data were excluded due to specific criteria, resulting in a total of 380 data analyzed. The main technique used was the survey, implemented through a structured questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Result: For statistical analysis, SPSS software version 26 was used. The findings revealed an RHO Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.555, with a two-sided significance of 0.000. According to the established decision rule (significance p < 0.05). Conclusions: it is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the consumer profile of the Martínez pharmacy in San Juan de Miraflores and their collagen purchasing preference. This indicates that consumers' individual characteristics and purchasing behaviors are significantly linked to their decisions to purchase collagen products from this specific pharmaceutical outlet.
