Sistemas de aprendizaje en pantallas digitales y su influencia en el rendimiento académico con motivación de los estudiantes de medicina de una universidad peruana-2021
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-07-23) Coello Bustios, Jose Luis; Yangali Vicente, Judith Soledad
In the 21st century society, technological innovation is having an increasing impact on all fields of society, which means that the new professional must not only possess the knowledge that is part of their specialization, but must also maintain a continuous selflearning process throughout their lives, as this will allow them to better adapt to the changes resulting from technological innovation. The current role of the university is to motivate the student to be the manager of his own knowledge through learning systems that reorient his behavior to take a leading, participative and collaborative role in his learning process. The objective of the study was to determine the factors of learning systems on digital screens that impact on the academic performance of students motivated to learn in the medical school of a private university in Lima-Peru. The study was developed under the hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design and crosssectional correlational level. A population composed of all human medicine students of a private university in Lima was defined and a convenience sample was taken, composed of all students who were enrolled in the 2021-I period and who in 2019-II took the morpho-physiology course. For data collection, the survey technique was applied using an instrument composed of 20 items under a 5-point Likert scale and the academic performance achieved by the student in the morpho-physiology course was requested. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a significant direct relationship between the factors of learning systems on digital screens with the academic performance obtained by medical students. With respect to whether there is a relationship between the motivation to learn with the factors of the learning systems on digital screens and academic performance, it is established that there is a significant relationship with students who have a low level of motivation with the factors of the learning systems on digital screens and their academic performance and that this relationship is inverse.
