Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de atención y satisfacción en los usuarios externos postpandemia en el servicio de farmacia emergencia del hospital nacional Hipólito Unanue 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-31) Colan Pajuelo, Janet Ysabel; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioThe purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between quality of care and satisfaction among external users of the emergency pharmacy service in a post-pandemic covid 19 scenario at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital in the year 2022. It is a quantitative, applied and correlational research, the sample was composed of 234 external users of the pharmacy service, which was calculated by applying the Murray formula for finite population. A Likert-type questionnaire was applied to the external users of the emergency pharmacy service; with this information, the hypotheses were analyzed using Spearman's correlation test. The result of the general objective of the research expressed by means of Spearman's Rho coefficient, a high positive correlation of 0.940 at a bilateral significance level of 0.01, which is less than 0.05, concluding that there is a positive and high relationship between quality of care and user satisfaction.
