Materials and Methods: The design is a systematic review, the population was made up of 20 scientific articles and the sample was 10 scientific articles. The selected articles were subjected to critical reading and the GRADE system was used. Results: According to the research design, 10% are systematic review, 60% (6/10) clinical trials, 20% quasi-experimental and 10% double-blind randomized study; 80% are of high quality and 20% are of moderate quality. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% demonstrate that the nursing intervention is effective in reducing pain, pain management during peripheral line cannulation in children, since it reduces the fear and anxiety that children may feel, such as parents during this procedure.Ítem Acceso abierto The efficacy of telemedicine in improving emergency services(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Collazos Flores, Cecil Lucyana; Torres La Rosa, Karen Rocío; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerEvidence shows that telemedicine is effective in improving emergency services since health care is provided in a timely manner in emergency situations, there is a decrease in hospitalizations, efficient patient monitoring is carried out, other benefits are decreased costs and decreased hospital transfers and readmissions, reducing mortality and improving quality of life and costs. 10% of the articles reviewed disagree as they state that telemedicine is not effective because their results did not find a significant relationship between the cost-effectiveness of its use.Publicación Acceso abierto LA EFICACIA DE LA TELEMEDICINA EN LA MEJORA DE LOS SERVICIOS DE EMERGENCIA(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Collazos Flores, Cecil Lucyana; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerLa evidencia demuestra que la telemedicina es eficaz en la mejora de los servicios de emergencia ya que la atención de salud se brinda de forma oportuna en situaciones de emergencias, hay disminución de las hospitalizaciones, se realiza un monitoreo de pacientes eficiente, otros beneficios son la disminución de costos y disminución en las transferencias y reingresos hospitalarios, reduciendo la mortalidad y mejorando la calidad de vida y costos. El 10% de los artículos revisados discrepa ya que refiere que la telemedicina no es eficaz porque sus resultados no encontraron relación significativa entre el costo- efectividad del uso de ésta.
