Materials and Methods: This study follows a systematic review design with a population of 25 scientific articles and a sample of 11 scientific articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Ciberindex, Medline, BVS, Lilacs, EBSCO, Epistemonikos, and PubMed. These articles were critically evaluated using the GRADE system, which assesses the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. Results: Of the studies reviewed, 91% are from Brazil and 9% from Peru. In terms of study type, 100% are quantitative, and regarding research designs, 45% are quasi-experimental, 28% are cross-sectional, 9% are prospective cohort, 9% are longitudinal, and 9% are descriptive comparative. 100% (11/11) of the analyzed articles demonstrate that workplace exercise is effective in improving the health status of workers with occupational risks.
