    The objective of the study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of external users visiting the Pharmacy of the National Institute of Child Health of San Borja, Lima, 2021. This was a deductive study with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional observational design. The sample consisted of 384 patients served by the outpatient clinic of the National Institute of Child Health – San Borja between November 2021 and April 2022. The modified SERVQUAL questionnaire, distributed across five dimensions, was used as the instrument. Results showed an overall satisfaction level of 68.92%, with the remaining 31.08% dissatisfied. The dimensions with the highest percentage of dissatisfaction were responsiveness (40.4%) and tangible aspects (41.1%). The dimensions that showed user satisfaction were reliability (70.3%), responsiveness (59.5%), and assurance (78.8%). It is concluded that the external users are satisfied with the care perceived.
