    The objective of this research was to "Determine the relationship between self-medication with NSAIDs and musculoskeletal pathologies among users visiting Inkafarma Villasol Drugstores in Los Olivos, Metropolitan Lima, 2021–2022." Method: This was a hypothetical-deductive study, a basic type, with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 385 users. The instrument was a survey validated by subject matter experts. Data collection and processing were performed using the SPSS Version 25.0 statistical program and the Pearson's Chi-squared test. Result: The analysis of the relationship between self-medication with NSAIDs and musculoskeletal pathologies found a significant relationship (p value=0.000). For the relationship between anti-inflammatory preference and musculoskeletal pathologies, a significant relationship was found for diclofenac (p value=0.009), naproxen (p value=0.021), and meloxicam (p value=0.001). Conclusion: A significant relationship was determined to exist between self-medication with NSAIDs and musculoskeletal pathologies, with 50% self-medicating for an intermediate period until they achieved improvement.
