Ítem Acceso abierto Labor risks in nursing staff in the operating room of Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza 2020.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-02-07) Coronel Cristobal, Miriam Segundina; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective was to determine the Exposure to occupational risks of the nursing staff in the Operating Room of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital 2020. Material and Method the study was of an application level, quantitative type, simple descriptive cross-sectional method. The population was made up of 25 nurses. The technique was the survey and the instrument was a modified Likert scale applied after informed consent. Results of 100% (25), 56% (14) say it is present and 44% (11) absent. In the physical dimension, 56% (14) are absent and 44% (11) are present; In the chemical dimension, 68% (17) report that it is absent and 32% (8) present; Biologically, 48% (12) state that it is absent and 52% (13) present; In the ergonomic dimension, 64% (16) report that it is absent and 36% (9) present; and in the psychosocial dimension 60% (15) are absent and 40% (10) present. Conclusions The highest percentage express that the exposure to occupational risks of nursing staff in the operating room is present since 68% (17) express that they have necessary elements for their personal protection, 24% (6) manipulate body fluids, 48% ( 12) use body mechanics to handle loads, 48% (12) work under pressure, 32% (8) ventilation is adequate, 64% (16) use all protective measures when handling high disinfectant level, followed by a considerable percentage that the absence is given by the fact that 64% (16) the physical spaces and location of equipment facilitate the performance of their work, 100% (25) the exposure to chemical substances, 20% (5) the compliance with biosafety principles, 52% (13) the use of body mechanics for handling loads, 56% (14) the organization of work in the surgical center service.Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and stress level of workers in a community mental health center, El Agustino - Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-15) Coronel Cristobal, Miriam Segundina; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeThe study aims to identify how the organizational climate is associated with the stress levels experienced by workers at the Community Mental Health Center located in the district of El Agustino in Lima. This will be conducted using a descriptive correlational level, being an applied, quantitative study. The census population consists of 89 workers from the Community Mental Health Center in El Agustino, Lima, 2022. The study will utilize questionnaires whose reliability and validity have been assessed. Data collection will involve a 30-minute session per participant, which will be processed and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results will be presented in tables and graphs for the descriptive analysis, while inferential analysis will be conducted using Spearman's rho non-parametric test with a significance level of less than 0.05.
