    Blended learning is the joint use of face-to-face learning moments and virtual or online moments (asynchronous or synchronous meetings), taking the advantages of both types of learning and making up for the disadvantages presented by each of the models separately, combined with the In the context of globalization, it is essential that teachers develop skills that allow them to be competent in the face of the new demands and challenges of the local and global world of work. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between Blended learning and pedagogical performance. For this purpose we have used a nonexperimental design, correlational in scope, applied type, using a quantitative instrument (questionnaire with Likert-type scale) to 215 medical students from the National University of San Martin. The results of this study revealed a Rho Spearman coefficient of 0.811, which suggests a positive and strong correlation between the Blended learning variables and pedagogical performance, concluding that any improvement in blended learning will be accompanied by improvements in pedagogical performance in the Faculty of Medicine of the Public University of San Martín.

    Nocividad del xilol y estrés laboral en personal del servicio de anatomía patológica, hospital II – 1 Moyobamba, 2022

    El xilol es un hidrocarburo cíclico y un contaminante ambiental, cancerígeno, que se conoce por, usado principalmente como solvente en las manufacturas de impresión, caucho, agentes de limpieza, diluyentes de pintura, barnices, fibras sintéticas, cuero y laboratorios de histopatología. El contacto con el xileno se produce a través de los ojos y la piel, por vía oral y por inhalación. La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo determinar si la nocividad del xilol se relaciona con el estrés laboral en personal del servicio de anatomía patológica, Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, 2022. Con esta finalidad, hemos utilizado un diseño metodológico observacional, aplicando un instrumento cuantitativo (cuestionario con escala tipo Likert). Las conclusiones de la investigación están en relación como el personal expresa la vulnerabilidad al estrés proveniente de la exposición a reactivos nocivos. Finalmente, se proponen algunas recomendaciones para mejorar las actividades del personal del servicio de anatomía patológica
