Publicación Acceso abierto Relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y las actitudes sobre las actividades de farmacovigilancia que tienen los directores técnicos de las oficinas farmacéuticas del distrito de Comas – 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-06-05) Corrales Asipali, Candy Llenifer; Moran Paucar, Felicita Octavia; Crispín Pérez, VíctorPharmacovigilance is an activity that demands the continuous participation of the healthcare professional. It is regulated by laws and norms that promote public health through the appropriate use of medication. Therefore, there is a need for trained professionals who demonstrate positive attitudes toward the system in all required areas, according to legal regulations. The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes regarding the Technical Health Standard that regulates Pharmacovigilance activities among Technical Directors of pharmaceutical offices in the Comas District. The research is observational, descriptive-correlational, with a descriptive, prospective, and cross-sectional design. A questionnaire was used as the instrument for data collection. At the conclusion of the study, it was determined that 78% of the technical directors of pharmaceutical offices in the Comas District have a medium level of knowledge of the Technical Health Standard that regulates Pharmacovigilance activities. Two preponderant negative attitudes were found: lethargy and lack of knowledge. A statistical analysis determined that these negative attitudes are related to the level of knowledge.
