    Evaluación del clima organizacional en el área de control de calidad en el laboratorio Farmacéutico 2022

    The objective of this research was to determine the organizational climate among analysts in the quality control area of a pharmaceutical laboratory in 2022. The research was deductive with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 12 analysts from the quality control area of the pharmaceutical laboratory. To collect the data, a Likert-scale questionnaire was used, which was validated by three subject matter experts. The reliability was calculated using the SPSS 25 statistical package, resulting in a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.973, indicating a very high degree of reliability. Results: The surveyed analysts indicated that the organizational climate in the quality control area of the pharmaceutical laboratory is deficient. This is likely due to the increased workload and stress caused by the demand for medications over the past few years during the pandemic. These factors have negatively impacted the workplace environment, creating challenges in relationships among colleagues, hindering communication between analysts, and generating a lack of empathy towards internal clients.
