    The present study on the perspectives assessed regarding the effectiveness of diagnostic expertise and satisfaction of the justice operator in the province of Bolognesi aimed to establish the conditions in which these psychological and psychiatric expertise become more effective to the greater satisfaction of justice operators, who base their actions on the evidentiary weight of these important legal evidence documents. A study of qualitative approach, descriptive, basic phenomenological design was designed, in which interview guides were used oriented to twelve justice operators of the province of Bolognesi, who provided their recorded interviews and which were subjected to analysis of consistency and coherence through the qualitative analysis software Atlas.Ti, which demonstrated accuracies and consistency between terminology, semantics and common expressions expressed. The in-depth analysis allowed to establish that the Bolognesi justice operators are fully satisfied with the levels of effectiveness of the psychological and psychiatric expertise and also fully agree to qualify as adequate, coherent, reliable and duly supported their expert results. It was possible to corroborate that the expert opinions issued by the official public bodies differ significantly in their degree of reliability, consistency and effectiveness with respect to the expert reports of the party. It is recommended to implement strategies and programs to better equip expert centers throughout the republic.
