    Gestión de suministro y disponibilidad de medicamentos y dispositivos médicos en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital Municipal Los Olivos–2022

    The present research aimed to determine the relationship between supply management and the availability of medicines and medical devices in the pharmacy service of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital, 2022. The study followed the scope of the hypothetical-deductive method, was basic in type, had a quantitative approach, and was descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional, and non-experimental in design. The population consisted of 255 employees, with a sample of 154 workers selected through simple random sampling. The survey technique was used, and the questionnaire was the instrument. The results determined that there is a direct relationship between supply management and the availability of medicines and medical devices in the pharmacy service of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital, 2022, according to Spearman's correlation of 0.531, which is considered moderately positive, with statistical significance of p=0.000, less than 0.01. Regarding the dimensions, it was determined that there is a moderate positive relationship between the selection process (Rho = 0.412), programming (Rho = 0.435), acquisition (Rho = 0.302), storage (Rho = 0.348), and rational use (Rho = 0.441) with the availability of medicines and medical devices in the pharmacy service of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital, with statistical significance of p=0.000.
