Ítem Acceso abierto Lifestyles and work stress in nurses at the José Casimiro Ulloa emergency hospital, Lima – 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-11-19) Costa Paucar, Tatiana; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: Lifestyle is defined as the way people interact on a daily basis, it is determined by sociocultural factors and personal characteristics. Nurses are used to assume many responsibilities and be under pressure, but this time they are added the fear of contracting covid-19, personal fulfillment, depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, among others. It affects their lifestyle and not only their work performance. Objective: To determine how lifestyle is related to work stress in nurses at the José Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital, Lima - s2022. The research study will work with the total population; therefore, the sample is no probabilistic, of 83 nurses from the Trauma Shock department. Methodology: The research has a correlational, descriptive and quantitative design. The technique is the survey and the instruments are the Lifestyle Questionnaire adapted by Mamani and the Work Stress Questionnaire. The validation was done by expert judgment, the reliability was a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.850 and 0.870 respectively. In the collection of observations, the data will be processed in the statistical software SPSS version 25. Results will be obtained in tables that will be analyzed in absolute frequencies and percentages.
