The grade system was used as a tool to evaluate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendation. Results: In the conclusive selection, the research that was optimal for our research according to importance were 10 articles, of which we found that 40% correspond to studies from Spain, 30% from Australia, 10% from Norway, 10% from Brazil and 10% from Brazil. to Taiwan respectively. The research analyzed mostly belongs to the Randomized Clinical Trials type of studies. Among systematic reviews we found that of the total articles reviewed and analyzed 60%, it is asserted that the interventions of the multidisciplinary Educational Program to prevent falls in older adults help to prevent them, which interventions are presented with a statistically significant improvement; Unlike 30% of studies, they indicate that the programs could contribute to the decrease in the occurrence of falls, requiring higher quality of evidence, and 10% of research affirms that educational intervention programs to prevent falls in older adults is not conclusive. . Conclusions: Multidisciplinary educational programs are effective in preventing falls in older adults, reducing the possibility of falls due to repetition, fear of falling and promoting an adequate quality of life.
