    Nowadays we see that humanized care by the nursing professional has been quite neglected and patient dissatisfaction is seen, the study aims to determine the relationship between the humanized care of the nursing professional and the level of patient satisfaction in the Emergency Service of the Norte Chico Hospital, 2021 The research will be hypothetical-deductive with a prospective and cross-sectional quantitative approach, the design is non-experimental and correlational, the population and sample are 230 users who are treated in the emergency service of the Norte Chico hospital, during the month of December 2021 The technique used will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire to evaluate the variable: level of patient satisfaction, the modified SERVQUAL questionnaire will be applied, which was designed by Cabello, E and Chirinos, J. To evaluate the variable: humanized care of the nursing professional, the instrument developed by González, O. will be applied, whose title was "Behaviors of humanized nursing care" The reliability of the SERVQUAL instrument obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.98, taking a pilot sample of 40 patients. The reliability of the Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors instrument obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.96, taking a pilot sample of 20 patients.
