Adaptación a los cambios y trabajo en equipo en operarios de una empresa minera de Trujillo, 2023

The objective of the study is to analyze the relationship between adaptation to changes and teamwork of the operators of a mining company in Trujillo, 2023. An applied methodology, descriptive level, with a non-experimental, correlational and transversal design was used. With 120 participants, two questionnaires were used, duly validated by experts and with a high degree of reliability of 0.944 and 0.927 for the variables Adaptation to changes and Teamwork respectively. Results: 46.7% are at a medium level of adaptation to change and 47.5% are at a medium level of teamwork; Furthermore, the Spearman correlation test showed a significance equal to 0.001 < 0.05, which states that the relationship is significant between the variables, and a rho coefficient of 0.524, which indicates that the relationship is moderate and direct, as the adaptation to the changes increase teamwork is good. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between adaptation to changes and teamwork by the operators of a mining company in Trujillo, 2023.

Conservación de avifauna y desarrollo del ecoturismo en Boca del Río - Cañete

El estudio de la avifauna está basado en reconocer y promover la conservación de las diferentes especies de aves endémicas y migratorias que habitan en el centro poblado Boca del Río. Dado que el lugar cuenta con lagunas y diversas especies de flora en la desembocadura del Rio, dicho lugar cuenta con agua salubre en el estuario por lo que es la principal fuente de alimento para las aves. La investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación de la conservación de la avifauna silvestre y el desarrollo del ecoturismo en el centro poblado de Boca del Río, provincia de Cañete, región Lima. La metodología utilizada en la investigación responde a una investigación de tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de nivel correlacional y corte transversal. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 205 habitantes del centro poblado de Boca del Río, ubicado a 15 minutos del distrito de San Vicente y la muestra de estudio fueron 81 habitantes de la zona; se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron cuestionarios validados. Las conclusiones del estudio demostraron que la conservación de avifauna tiene relación significativa con el desarrollo del ecoturismo, es decir la conservación de la biodiversidad y en especial las aves silvestres permiten el desarrollo del ecoturismo, además de generar empleos para las familias y elevar la calidad de vida de la población local.

Corrupción y gobernabilidad en la municipalidad distrital de Cerro Colorado, Arequipa 2023

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between corruption and governance in the Municipality of Cerro Colorado, Arequipa 2023. The design is non-experimental, transversal, correlational, using quantitative methods, with a sample of 482 citizens from 18 to 69 years old using two Liket-type scales, one for corruption and the other for governance. The validity of these instruments was checked by five experts in Public Management. The reliability measured by Cronbach's alpha was 0.933 for corruption and 0.866 for governance, which indicates that these instruments are highly reliable. The results show that there is a significant relationship between corruption and governance with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho value of - 0.525, which indicates that, if the level of corruption increases, governance is bad. Regarding the specific hypotheses, we see that there is a significant relationship between corruption and accountability (significance 0.000 < 0.05, and Spearman's Rho -0.453), a relationship between corruption and political stability (significance 0.000 < 0.05, and Spearman's Rho Spearman - 0.497), relationship between corruption and government effectiveness (significance 0.000 < 0.05, and Spearman's Rho - 0.447), and relationship between corruption and the rule of law (significance 0.000 < 0.05, and Spearman's Rho - 0.240) . Furthermore, it was observed that the majority of citizens (60.2%) perceive high corruption and poor governance. 53% that corruption is high and accountability is bad, 62% that corruption is high and political stability is bad, 55.6% that corruption is high and government effectiveness is bad, and 44.2% that corruption is high and the rule of law is regular.

Estrategias de comunicación y esfuerzo contra la anemia en la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén, Loreto 2023

This study determined the influence of communication strategies on the fight against anemia in the Belén District Municipality, Loreto, 2023. The hypothetical-deductive method was used, employing a quantitative approach within a correlational and explanatory research design. A non-experimental, cross-sectional design was used. The sample consisted of 100 participants, who completed a questionnaire that measured the study variables. The results indicated a significance level of 0.000 in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, thus determining the application of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. In this regard, a significant relationship was found between the communication strategies variable and the fight against anemia (Rho = 0.887). Furthermore, a relationship was found between the launch strategies dimension and the fight against anemia." (Rho=0.879); trust strategies in the fight against anemia (0.885); traditional media in the fight against anemia (Rho=0.888); and social media in the fight against anemia (Rho=0.901). This suggests that these strategies contribute to measuring the impact and promotion of the content developed for the target audience, based on the credibility and reliability of the information through appropriate channels to achieve greater reach.

Estrategias de control y política de recursos humanos para implementar la Ley Servir en el Gobierno Regional de Lima, 2023

The preparation of this research aims to determine how control strategies are related to the human resources policy for the implementation of the Servir Law in the Regional Government of Lima, 2023, analyzing the current problems faced by the majority of institutions. public in Peru, to achieve the implementation of the aforementioned Law. For this, a hypothetical-deductive design investigation was developed, with a study with a quantitative approach, with a correlational level and with a non-experimental design. The sample was developed among 176 employees of the Regional Government of Lima and the survey technique was applied and as an instrument the questionnaire, composed of 42 questions, the Lickert rating scale was used, being validated by five experts in the specialty; for this case in public management. To measure reliability, the “Cronbach's Alpha” coefficient was used, achieving coefficients greater than 0.7, this demonstrated that the instruments used were suitable and reliable. Likewise, through Spearman's Rho, a significant and positive correlation (Rho =0.714) was evident, and a pvalue=0.000 < 0.05, much lower than the level of significance, so the Ho was rejected and the H1; Then it was proven that there is a significant statistical relationship between the control strategies with the human resources policy, for the implementation of the Servir Law in the Regional Government of Lima, 2023.

Gestión administrativa y su relación con la calidad de servicio en el Hospital Sub Regional de Andahuaylas, Apurímac 2023

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between administrative management and quality of service in the subregional hospital of Andahuaylas, Apurímac 2023. study methodology: A cross-sectional and correlational study design was used for the nonexperimental type of research. 153 users made up the population, while 109 users constituted the sample. The instrument was used to collect data related to the variables administrative management and quality of service. Results: The alternative hypothesis supporting the presence of a correlation between the administrative management and service quality variables, since it is accepted on the basis of the Rho Spearman result, which was 0.745 with a significance value of 0.000. The administrative management variable and service quality showed a strong positive association, which is consistent with the general objective. Conclusion: It was found that the variable administrative management and quality of service are highly positively correlated in the subregional hospital of Andahuaylas, Apurimac 2023, that is, as administrative management increases, so does the quality of service.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between citizen security and community participation in metropolitan Lima, 2023. Regarding the methodology, a quantitative approach was applied in the study, with a hypothetical deductive method, nonexperimental design and scope. correlational. The sample consisted of 300 inhabitants of the city of Lima, to whom a survey and two validated questionnaires with a high level of reliability were applied to know their opinion on citizen security and community participation. The descriptive results showed that 60% of the inhabitants perceive that citizen security is regular, while 56.75% stated that community participation occurred adequately. The inferential results showed a Spearman coefficient of 0.924 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which shows a very good and positive relationship between the variables; Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between citizen security and community participation in the city of Metropolitan Lima, 2023.

Sanitation services as a human right and objective of sustainable development continue to be a global problem; Therefore, State interventions are oriented to achieve universal access, equitably affordable, safe and acceptable. In this framework, the objective of this research was to analyze how the management of sanitation services impacts the social development of communal organizations in the Pomata district. Methodologically, it was developed under the qualitative approach, with an inductive method, case study design through the application of interview and observation to the users and board of directors of the communal organization and the person responsible for the municipal technical area; and, the analysis was done with the support of Atlas - ti software. The results showed that the management of sanitation services is deficient in terms of financial management, management capacity, technical capacity, water quality, and preventive and corrective maintenance; but it continues to have a positive impact on the social development of community organizations, referring to health, health education, healthy housing and economic benefit of user families. It was concluded that the management of sanitation services is deficient and unsustainable; since the weakness lies in little co-responsibility of the organizations and weak State institutions to accompany sustainability actions; so that efficient and sustainable management continues to be one of the challenges of public policy in the sanitation sector.

The present thesis has had as object of study Establishing the relationship between knowledge management and organization in decision-making Superior Court of Justice of Lima, 2023. For which a study has been developed under a quantitative approach of relational level with nonexperimental design. The study sample consisted of 60 employees of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima. As instruments, two questionnaires of 31 and 18 items respectively with a Likert scale were used, which were validated by five experts in public management and in the reliability analysis. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients greater than 0.7 were obtained, which allowed us to affirm that the instruments were adequate for the application. After statistical processing, by using the "Pearson's Coefficient" test, a correlational value (r = 0.590) was obtained by finding and a value of (p = 0.000) as significance of the test, the latter being less than the allowed limit error. of 0.05, which allowed accepting H1. In this sense, there is a significant statistical relationship between knowledge management with decision-making in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, Peru 2023.

This research focuses on the need to estimate the deficiencies identified in addressing the needs and rights of teachers who work at the National Police Professional Training School, during 2023, in order to address and improve specific areas to guarantee an efficient, professional and respectful educational environment. So, the main objective of this study was to analyze the degree of significance, the level and type of relationship that exists between institutional management and the quality of teacher care. The research has a quantitative approach, applied type, hypothetical-deductive method and descriptive-correlational level. The sample was made up of teachers and two duly validated questionnaires with statistical reliability were applied. Among the main results, it was determined that the majority of teachers feel that they do not have adequate facilities or equipment, in addition, their academic needs are not met, although they are known by the managers. Reaching the conclusion that there is a significant, positive and good level relationship between institutional management and the quality of care for teachers, in this sense, it is evident that in various aspects of planning, organization, direction and control in management there are no contributing to the experience and well-being of teaching staff.

The purpose of the research was to determine the correlation between municipal management and the work performance of the collaborators of a state agency in Arequipa, 2023. Regarding the methodology, a quantitative approach was applied in the investigation, having as a basic type of investigation, correlational level. The population was made up of local government employees, from which a sample of 170 public servants was obtained through non-probabilistic sampling, a survey was applied to find out their opinion on municipal management and job performance with questionnaires validated by expert judgment, these had a high level of reliability. The results of the exploration determined that 71.76% of public servants perceive that municipal management is good, while 87.06% affirmed that work performance is efficient. The research resulted in a significant correlation between municipal management and the work performance of the employees of a local public entity in Arequipa, 2023, this means that it has a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, demonstrating that there is a significant relationship between the study variables and has a Spearman coefficient of 0.826, which proves a very good and positive correspondence, that is, when municipal management is good, work performance is also efficient.

Gestión municipal y seguridad ciudadana en el distrito de Villa el Salvador, Lima 2023

The objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between municipal management and citizen security in the district of Villa el Salvador, 2023; For this, a methodology based on the quantitative approach was applied, with a non-experimental design, with a descriptive-correlational scope, the data collection was carried out through the survey technique and the use of duly validated questionnaires with a high level of reliability as instruments. . . The study population was 300 employees from the municipality of Villa el Salvador, from which a non-probabilistic sample of 164 employees was selected. The descriptive results showed that 82.9% of those surveyed maintain that municipal management is good and 17.1% that it is regular; While 53% maintain that citizen security is good, 41.5% that it is average and only 5.5% that it is bad. At the inferential level according to the Spearman test, a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and a rho coefficient = 0.732 were found, which indicates a significant and high-degree relationship between the variables. It is concluded that there is statistical evidence that there is a significant relationship between municipal management and citizen security in the district of Villa el Salvador, 2023.

Participación ciudadana y toma de decisiones en la municipalidad provincial de Barranca, Lima – 2023

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between citizen participation in decision-making in the provincial municipality of Barranca, Lima, during the year 2023. A quantitative hypothetico-deductive approach was used, with a non-experimental, simple correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 210 participants. The results showed that the data did not follow a normal distribution, according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Sig.= ,000 < 0.05), so the nonparametric Rho Spearman test was applied to contrast the hypothesis. A positive and significant correlation was found between the variables citizen participation and decision making (0.488), which implies that the greater the citizen participation, the better the decision making. In addition, a direct and significant relationship was observed between citizen participation and its dimensions: intervention of organized institutions (0.366), participatory budget (0.377) and citizen oversight (0.524). These findings suggest that citizen participation is related to decision-making in the provincial municipality of Barranca, considering factors such as the intervention of organized institutions, participatory budgeting and citizen oversight.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of public policies on agroexports on the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022. The work carried out is a quantitative research, applied following the hypothetical-deductive method; analytical and synthetic, non-experimental design, longitudinal cut, correlational, causal or explanatory level. A documentary analysis of legal norms, public management documents and statistical information was performed. Theoretical currents on public policy and economic growth were taken into account, as well as national and international antecedents. The planning, budgeting, implementation and control instruments of public policies on agro-exports and their influence on GDP, investment and exports in the Ayacucho region were considered. Statistical tools were applied to the data collected, Pearson's R test and R2 (coefficient of determination) were applied, which allowed us to point out the relationship between public policies on agro-exports in the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022 with a significance level < .05 and moderate to high linear correlation levels in terms of formulation and execution; In the case of the policy evaluation, it is not possible to verify the relationship since it shows a significance > .05.
