Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and attitudes of nursing staff about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in an emergency hospital in Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-11) Cuellar Marca, Braulio Juvenal; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioThe objective of this study is to measure the level of association between nursing professionals' knowledge and their attitudes about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in an emergency department in Lima. To this end, a quantitative methodology will be developed under a hypothetical deductive method, with a non-experimental design working with 90 nursing professionals as sample subjects through the use of two validated and reliable questionnaires with a level of 0.780 and 0.900, with which data will be collected for the measurement of the variables. This will be done with a coding of the answers and the information obtained from the nursing professionals in a database made in Excel that will then be statistically analyzed by the SPSS 25.0 program, which will provide tables and graphs for the descriptive results, also Spearman's Rho test will be applied to verify the hypotheses. and thus, be able to express the conclusions of the study responding to the objectives set.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge and adherence to the administration of multimicronutrients in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months who attend the Mirones Alto health center, Lima, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-08-21) Cuellar Marca, Braulio Juvenal; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the administration of multimicronutrients in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months who attend C Mirones Alto, Lima 2020. Materials and methods: the approach was quantitative, cross-sectional design -correlational. The sample was made up of 82 mothers. The instruments used were a questionnaire and observation of the children's multimicronutrient consumption monitoring pattern. Results: the average age of the mothers was 24.61 years (SD +/- 5.038), with a minimum age of 17 years and a maximum of 45 years. The average age of their children in months was 19.96 (SD + 5.962), with the minimum and maximum age being 32 months. Regarding the level of education of the mothers, the majority 62% (n=51) had completed secondary school, followed by 13.4% (n=11) technical college, 13.4% (N=11) university college and 11% (n=9) completed primary school. The level of knowledge about MNN of the mothers, 32.9% (n=27) know and 67.1% (n=55) do not know. The level of adherence to the administration and MNN of the mothers, it is observed that 43% (n=36) are adherent and 56.1% (n=46) are non-adherent. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the administration of multimicronutrients in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months who attend the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima - 2020, with a margin of error of 5% ( p < 0.05). Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the administration of multimicronutrients in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months who attend the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima - 2020.
