    Leadership styles and job satisfaction of the nursing professional Hospital Hidalgo Atoche López - Chancay, 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction of nursing professionals. Design and Methodology: The study is quantitative, applied, observational, descriptive, transversal and correlational. Population and sample: The study sample is 68 nursing professionals who work in hospitalization, ER, ICU and meet the established research criteria. Technique and instruments: For the first variable “Leadership Styles”, the Survey will be used and as an instrument a questionnaire with a Likert scale with three dimensions to be evaluated: “authoritarian”, “democratic” and “liberal or laissez faire” and the second variable “ "job satisfaction" in the same way a Likert-type questionnaire will be used with two dimensions to be evaluated: "intrinsic factors" and "extrinsic factors". Data processing and analysis: Data will be analyzed and processed through descriptive statistics through Spss 23 and Microsoft Excel where the tables and graphs corresponding to both research variables will be tabulated.
