Objective: The main objective of this study is to establish the relationship between the level of information and the degree of anxiety during the preoperative phase in the surgery service of the Hospital José Agurto Tello Chosica, Lima - 2021. This research is basic, with a quantitative, observational approach, and a correlational level. The population and sample consist of patients scheduled for surgery in the surgery service of Hospital José Agurto Tello, Chosica, during the period from September to January 2021. The survey technique will be applied to collect observations of both variables.
