Methodology: research with a quantitative, nonexperimental, correlational and cross-sectional approach. Were surveyed 122 nurses, wearing a Questionnaire about organizational climate validated in Peru; and the instrument of job satisfaction of the Ministry of Health-Peru; also adapted by Vallejos, (2017).The results showed when applying the Chi-square statistical test, the existence of a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction (χ2=48, 272), (p=0.000), evidencing that the higher the organizational climate, the higher the level of job satisfaction (Tau -b for Kendall is 0.627). The main sociodemographic and labor characteristics were found: 54.1% are nursing technicians and 45.9% are nurses; 79.5% of the personnel are adults (30 to 59 years old), the female sex predominates (77.9%); 26.2% work in the NICU; only 34.4% of the staff are appointed; 52.5% is CAS COVID; 39.3% have 10 or more years of work experience; more than half (54.9%) of the nursing staff have worked in the emergency service for 3 or less years. 67.2% of the personnel have a specialty in emergencies and/or advanced studies. Methodology: observational, correlational and cross-sectional study, in a probabilistic sample of 191 patients receiving telemedicine care in the surgery service of a national social security hospital in Lima, a survey was applied using a validated and reliable instrument. The chi-square hypothesis test and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used for correlation. Results: the telehealth strategy has a high level of satisfaction (90.6%) in the patient attended in the surgery service of a hospital in Lima, 2021. In the chi-square hypothesis test, a p-value of 0.045 (< 0.05) was obtained, which allowed us to reject the null hypothesis. The nonparametric Spearman correlation coefficient test Rho= 0.145 and p= 0.045 (< 0.05) indicated that the relationship between the two variables is moderate and statistically significant. It was corroborated that there are statistically significant differences with a p-value of 0.000 in the level of satisfaction between the two groups of telehealth strategies. Conclusions: there is a statistically significant relationship (p<0.05) between the telehealth strategy, both by telecall and video-call, with the level of patient satisfaction in the surgical service of a hospital in Lima 2021, being statistically more significant with the video-call.
