The term job satisfaction is the “positive feeling towards a job that arises from the evaluation of its properties.” In each of the companies the important part is human capital, since thanks to this the execution and development of business is achieved. The study aims to determine the relationship that exists between Human Talent Management and Job Satisfaction of the Nurse at Hospital Barranca Cajatambo 2021. This research is applied with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transversal approach. The population and sample are the Nurses of the Barranca Cajatambo Hospital during the period from June to December 2021. The technique carried out will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire that will measure both variables, which was validated by Daza in his research in the year 2015, the Human Talent Management instrument consisting of 30 items divided into three dimensions has a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.948, and for Job Satisfaction the instrument is It consists of 35 items divided into 7 dimensions and has a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.947. The data will be statistically processed in the SPSS system presented in tables and figures.
