The sample will be composed of 30 nursing professionals working in the Intensive Care Unit of a private clinic. The entire population will be used as the sample. The methodological design of the research will be applied, observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The data collection technique for both variables will be through a survey. Instruments: The questionnaire used by Matamoros 2021 will be used, with a reliability evaluated by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.728 for the assessment of the variable the variable "Knowledge about pressure injuries". Likewise, the questionnaire used by Ortiz in 2017, with a reliability assessed by Cronbach's Alpha with an index of 0.795, will be used to assess the variable "Preventive practices of pressure injuries". Statistical analysis and data processing will be carried out using descriptive methods and frequencies expressed as percentages. Statistical evaluation will be performed according to the distribution of the data, using statistical tests such as Pearson's Correlation and Spearman's Rho as appropriate.
