Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of nursing care and satisfaction with the vaccination process in a vaccination center in Lima, March 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-25) Davalos Checco, Keny Talia; Fuentes Siles, María AngélicaObjective: Determine the relationship between the perception of nursing care and satisfaction with the vaccination process in a vaccination center in Lima, March 2022. Material and methods: applied study, from a correlational, descriptive scope, a non-experimental-cross-sectional design. Sample: The study took into account a finite population, since the population is made up of 49,187 users where a sample of 381 people who attend to be vaccinated will be obtained. The technique used was the survey for both variables and the first instrument was “Perception of behaviors of humanized nursing care PCHE 3rd version” adapted by Oscar González H in 2014 and modified by the author and the user satisfaction instrument carried out. in the first instance by Ms. Apolinar Hernández in 2004 and modified by the author. Result: It was identified that 218 users have an excellent perception of the user, which represents 57.2%, of which 52% are very satisfied with the service received. Finally, using the chi square test p=0.000 <α=0.05=0.000<𝛼���=0.05 it was found that there is a significant relationship between the perception of nursing care and user satisfaction in a vaccination center in Lima.
