Objective: To determine how knowledge about immunizations is related to adherence to the vaccination schedule among mothers with children under 2 years old at the San Carlos Health Center, 2023. Materials and Methods: The study was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational. The population consisted of 90 mothers of children under 2 years old. The techniques included a survey and observation, with two validated and reliable instruments.
