In the study, we worked with the total population of 108 patients from the hospitalization services in a hospital in Lima, which was selected with non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire, it consists of 32 items and three dimensions in the first variable and in the second variable it consists of 22 items and 5 dimensions.
