    Working conditions and job satisfaction of nurses in the surgical center of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, Lima 2024

    Objective: “To determine the relationship between working conditions and job satisfaction among nurses in the surgical center.” The population will consist of 70 nurses working in the surgical center area at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital. Sample: The total population will be included. The type of research will be applied. The design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective, and cross-sectional. Instruments: For working conditions, the instrument developed by Oré and Soto (2018) and modified by Cárdenas et al. in 2021 will be used, validated with Cronbach's Alpha. To evaluate the variable "job satisfaction," the instrument developed by Sotomayor in 2013 and adapted by Carruitero et al. (2014) will be used, also validated with Cronbach's Alpha.
