    Valoración de las pericias psicológicas en los delitos de agresiones en contra de la mujer y los integrantes del grupo familiar en la provincia de Jauja, 2022

    The current research had the main objective of determining how the assessment of psychological expertise affects the crimes of aggression against women and members of the family group in the province of Jauja 2022. In this sense, a basic type of methodology was developed, quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method, correlational level and non-experimental design. The population was made up of 435 women and household members who were part of a family group, who have the status of aggrieved, victims of family violence, and a sample of 205 respondents was determined, with a simple random sample. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results conclude that the assessment of psychological skills directly and significantly affects the crimes of aggression against women and members of the family group in the province of Jauja 2022, given that a significance (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained; additionally, through Spearman's correlation coefficient of 0.592, a positive correlation of moderate level was determined between both variables. Finally, it is recommended to carry out workshops and training talks to reinforce the importance of psychological skills.
