    Cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción en recetas atendidas en la farmacia Universal del distrito de Cercado de Lima 2022

    The purpose of this study was to evaluate compliance with Good Prescription Practices in prescriptions served at Farmacia Universal in the district of Cercado de Lima. The methodology used was basic, with a cross-sectional, prospective, and observational design. A total of 512 medical prescriptions were analyzed. The technique employed was record-keeping. The data collection instrument consisted of four dimensions that allowed examination of the integrity and legibility of the sample. The results showed that 89% of patient data complied with the inclusion of names and surnames. Regarding medication data, correct recording of frequency (95.7%), dosage (94.5%), and pharmaceutical form (86.5%) was observed. Similarly, prescriber data compliance included certification (97.5%) and names and surnames (97.3%). In other prescription data, the highest compliance was found in issuance dates (87.5%), standardized abbreviations (60.9%), and the least frequent was legible handwriting (35.9%). The study concludes that 6.1% of prescriptions simultaneously met all required data criteria.
