    Lifestyles and cardiovascular risk in the health personnel of the intensive care unit of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Lima-2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between lifestyles and cardiovascular risk in health personnel of the Intensive Care Unit of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Lima-2022. Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic, non-experimental cross-sectional, the population is made up of 90 workers, the survey technique was used and the instrument is the Nola Pender Lifestyle Profile questionnaire, said questionnaire consists of 48 items and consists of six dimensions, its content validity was made and it was submitted to expert judgment, with a reliability with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient obtaining a value of 0.94, the PAHO / WHO Cardiovascular Risk Calculator was also used, where six data are used: age, sex, systolic blood pressure, tobacco use, history of diabetes and total blood cholesterol. Data processing was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0, and Excel for Windows 2022 was also used to empty data according to a structured matrix as a database in relation to the measuring instrument.
