    Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice of breastfeeding in adolescent mothers. Methodology: Study with deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational, descriptive, transversal, is made up of 140 adolescent mothers and 97 adolescent parents in the sample. Technique and instruments for data collection: a survey will be used as the questionnaire for the knowledge variable and for the practice variable it will be the observation where a guide will be applied. Data analysis: the data will be analyzed with the support of the SPSS 21 Software where the information of each instrument collected will be recorded and will allow to acquire correlation graphs between variables and dimension; in this way, the Spearman correlation coefficient will be used to counter hypotheses.

    Work stress and performance of workers in a textile factory in Comas, 2023

    Objective: Determine how work stress is related to performance in workers in a textile factory. Methodology: study with hypothetical method - deductive, non-experimental, applied type, correlational, cross-sectional, quantitative; the population is made up of 140 workers and its sample of 97 operational personnel. Data collection technique: a questionnaire will be applied per variable. Data analysis: the data will be analyzed with the support of the SPSS 21 Software where the information of each instrument will be recorded and will allow the acquisition of correlation graphs between each variable and dimension by means of Spearman's coefficient.
