Publicación Acceso abierto Factores de percepción asociados a la Intención de uso de la Telemedicina en profesionales de Salud del Hospital Santa Rosa, Pueblo Libre 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-04-10) Delgadillo Estacio, Saul Ernesto; Mendoza Arana, Pedro JesusObjective: This research was performed with the objective of determining the relation between the perception factors and the intention to apply Telemedicine in health professionals at Santa Rosa Hospital. Methodology: The research approach was quantitative, design was non-experimental, crosssectional section and correlational scope. Final sample: 106 health professionals. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Technique: A survey was designed containing two scale-type instruments, one for each variable, self-developed and based on the Technology Acceptance Model. Univariate analysis and bivariate analysis were performed using Spearman's correlation test. Results: A significant relationship (p=0.000) was found between perception factors and the intention to use Telemedicine. The strength of correlation for each factor was, from greatest to least extent: perceived usefulness (Rho = 0.658), ease of use (Rho = 0.612), facilitating conditions (Rho = 0.378) and subjective norm (Rho = 0.375). Conclusions: The perception factors have a significant, positive and moderate to strong relationship with Intention to use. The fact that health professionals perceive that Telemedicine improves their work and makes it more efficient, and that it requires them to make less effort, is closely related to a greater intention to use the Santa Rosa Hospital Telemedicine system.
