Publicación Acceso abierto Competencia informacional y clima de aprendizaje en estudiantes de posgrado de una universidad privada de Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-22) Delgadillo Ruiz, Dorian Andrés; Ramos Vera, Patricia MaríaCurrently, being part of the knowledge society, it must be borne in mind that information comes from various sources, which is why it is essential that professionals in training develop informational competencies in order to respond to the demands of both the labor market and the the society; In this sense, it is very likely that students, by not finding support in their autonomy within the spaces where their training is carried out, could present difficulties in optimally developing the required competencies, the way in which the teacher accompanies them becomes relevant. in this learning process the student and the way he perceives it to achieve his academic goals. For this reason, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between informational competence and learning climate in graduate students from a private university in Lima, 2021; Being an applied research, with a quantitative and non-experimental design, 80 masters were taken as a sample; Two questionnaires were used as an instrument, the one by Rodríguez et al. (2012), to measure informational competence and that of Matos (2009) to measure the learning climate; the technique used was the survey. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between both variables, considering that p = 0.000 <0.05, as well as it was also found that the Spearman coefficient was 0.150, which is why it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between informational competence and learning climate.
