    The current work is aimed at resilient factors such as the individual's ability to face unfavorable situations and adapt to them assertively. On the other hand, academic stress is a product of the demands placed on the pedagogical field and even more so on a higher university level, such as in the case of a postgraduate degree, which alters the individual's response system. To do this, the general objective was to verify the relationship that exists between resilient factors and academic stress of Postgraduate students at the Norbert Wiener University, 2023. The type of research is basic, correlational design and descriptive method. The sample population will be made up of 80 graduate students from Norbert Wiener University; In conclusion, the general objective is determined that the resilient factors have an inverse relationship (ro=-0.701) and significantly (p < 0.05) with the academic stress of the Postgraduate students of the Norbert Wiener University, 2023. The alternative hypothesis, being willing; That is, the greater the resilience, the lower the level of academic stress.
