    Psychosocial risk factors and work performance in nursing professionals at the Hospital de Chancay - Lima 2022

    This research is developed on the topics of psychosocial risk and work performance in nursing professionals at the Chancay - Lima hospital in 2022. Objective: “Determine the relationship that exists between psychosocial risk factors and work performance in nursing professionals. of the Chancay Lima 2022 hospital.” Methodology: corresponds to the deductive method, the approach is quantitative, observational, descriptive cross-sectional and correlational design. Surveys will be applied to the sample of 90 nurses using the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ) for the Psychosocial Risk factor and the questionnaire developed by the researcher Machillanda for variable 2 job performance. The administrative and methodological aspects such as schedule, consistency matrix and operationalization of variables were designed. Statistical Analysis: It was carried out using the statistical package the Microsoft Excel 2010 program and the SPSS version 22 software for the relationship between the psychosocial risk factor variables with work performance using the Pearson Chi Square statistical test.
