    Nursing staff working in the hospitalization area is subjected to long working hours. This population often adopts unhealthy lifestyles, and therefore, it is expected that nursing professionals serve as examples and promote healthy lifestyles among their patients. Objective: To determine the relationship between physical activity and job performance in nursing staff at Hospital María Auxiliadora, Lima 2023. Conclusion: It was concluded that there is no relationship between physical activity and job performance, nor in any of its dimensions of job performance.
