Working conditions and quality of work life of the nurse in the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima – 2022

Objective: Establish the relationship between working conditions and the quality of work life of the nurse in the emergency service of a hospital in Lima-2022. Methods: This study is proposed from a descriptive, observational, non-experimental, correlational cross-sectional cohort design. For the present investigation, we had a population made up of nurses who provide their services in a hospital in Lima between the months of June to October 2022. Regarding the technique used, it is the survey and regarding the instrument to collect information, used the following: to measure working conditions, the questionnaire will be used, which consists of 50 items designated in three dimensions, individual, intra-work and extra-work; To measure the quality of professional life, the CVP-35 instrument will be used with questions focused on three dimensions: managerial support, workload and intrinsic motivation. The information will be statistically processed through Spearman's correlation coefficient and presented in tables and figures.
