Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and work stress in the Independencia volunteer fire company - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-26) Diaz Avila, Sandy Yeline; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: "To determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and occupational stress in the volunteer firefighters of Independencia – Lima 2021." Methodology: This research has a quantitative, descriptive, and correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The study's sample population consists of 50 active firefighters serving in the volunteer fire department. Data Collection Technique and Instrument: The technique used will be a survey. The instrument used is the "ISTAS (COPSOQ model adapted by Abanto)" questionnaire, a Likert scale with 20 items, and the "Occupational Stress" questionnaire by Hernández, Ortega, and Reidl, adapted by Abanto, a Likert scale with 38 items. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out at the volunteer fire department. Statistical Analysis: The data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 22 to represent the variables graphically, and for the association, the Chi-Square test of Pearson will be applied.
