Materials and Methods: The study was non-experimental, quantitative, explanatory-analytical scope; sample 120 medical records, non-probabilistic sampling. Statistical analysis used Sperman's Rho. Results: There is a direct and strong relationship between the Disability Severity variables and labor inclusion, the last being complete problem with 30.8%, followed by 25.8% with severe problem. Only 3.3% do not present labor inclusion problems. The type of disability severity that predominated was severe with 95.8%. The results of the correlations with the dimensions learning, getting, keeping and finishing a job, paid work, unpaid work, find the value p <0.01, with values of r = 0.680, r = 0.662, r = 0.704, r = 0.674 and r = 0.755, respectively, where it indicates that the relationship between the variables is direct and significant. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the types of severity of physical disability and the labor inclusion of patients at the National Rehabilitation Institute, Lima, 2020 - 2023. When the problem of labor inclusion increases, the severity of physical disability is greater.
