Ítem Acceso abierto Work overload and burnout syndrome in nurses of critical areas, Hospital María Auxiliadora, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-18) Dionicio Ponciano, Ana Pinina; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioIntroduction: Work overload and burnout syndrome are very sensitive variables in nursing work when working under pressure, where the demand for the service exceeds the supply and working in adverse conditions such as a shortage of resources: Human, logistical and financial. Objective to determine the relationship between work overload and burnout syndrome in nurses in critical areas, Hospital María Auxiliadora -Lima, 2021. The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied level, non-experimental research design, correlational, cut-off cross-sectional, with a population of 172 nurses and a probabilistic sample of 119 nurses; The same will be calculated with a mathematical formula that is used in finite populations and to collect the information the survey will be used as a technique and two questionnaires as an instrument: work overload and burnout syndrome. The instruments will be validated by expert judges and they will undergo a pilot test to find their reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. To test the hypothesis, Spearman's Rho correlation statistical test will be used, to finally be presented in tables and graphs.
