    Alimentos exógenos que activan el factor nuclear eritroide 2 y el estrés oxidativo en pobladores del caserío San Juan, Íllimo-Lambayeque 2023

    A quality diet includes: consumption of fruits and vegetables, fiber, and minimal amounts of processed foods, sugar, saturated and trans fats, and salt. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between exogenous foods that activate erythroid nuclear factor 2 and oxidative stress in residents of the San Juan hamlet, Íllimo-Lambayeque, 2023. Methodology: Non-experimental research design, correlational, cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 132 residents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert-type scale. Results: The results of the general hypothesis test showed a significance level of p = 0.019 (p < 0.05). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between exogenous foods that activate nuclear factor 2 and oxidative stress in residents of the San Juan hamlet, Íllimo-Lambayeque, 2023. erythroid 2 and oxidative stress.
