    FACTORES RELACIONADOS A LA ADHERENCIA EN ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN MADRES DEL MENOR DE UN AÑO DEL C.S. MAX ARIAS SCHREIBER 2017

    El objetivo fue determinar los factores relacionados a la adherencia en la atención integral de enfermería en madres del menor de un año en el C.S Max Arias Schreiber. Método: cuantitativo; aplicativo; retrospectivo; descriptivo – correlacional. Las técnicas fueron la entrevista, dirigido a madres y el análisis documental orientado a revisión de historias clínicas. Los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario y lista de cotejo respectivamente. La muestra por conveniencia constó de 100 madres. Resultados: Las edades de las madres en dos tercios (73%) osciló entre 21 a 34 años; en los factores maternos, e institucional destacó el valor de mediana limitación. Referente a la adherencia total opinada, un poco más de la mitad de las madres se adhirieron, en 5 dimensiones, excepto en la visita domiciliaria. Se encontró discrepancias entre lo opinado por las madres y lo constatado en el análisis documental, excepto en consejería integral. Se aceptó la hipótesis alterna: existe relación entre los factores maternos e institucionales y la adherencia; finalmente la R de Pearson (-0.6) indicó que a medida de los factores maternos he institucionales aumentaron en dificultad, la adherencia disminuyó Conclusiones: el factor más prevalentes es el cultural en el indicador grado de instrucción

    Objective: To determine the factors related to adherence to comprehensive nursing care in mothers of infants under one year of age at the C.S. Max Arias Schreiber. Method: Quantitative; applied; retrospective; descriptive-correlational. The techniques used were interviews directed at mothers and document analysis, focusing on the review of medical records. The instruments used were the questionnaire and a checklist, respectively. The convenience sample consisted of 100 mothers. Results: Two-thirds (73%) of the mothers were between 21 and 34 years old. In maternal and institutional factors, the value of median limitation was notable. Regarding total adherence, slightly more than half of the mothers adhered in five dimensions, except for home visits. Discrepancies were found between what the mothers reported and what was observed in the document analysis, except in the area of comprehensive counseling. The alternative hypothesis was accepted: there is a relationship between maternal and institutional factors and adherence. Finally, Pearson’s R (-0.6) indicated that as maternal and institutional factors increased in difficulty, adherence decreased. Conclusions: The most prevalent factor was cultural, particularly in the indicator of educational level.
