Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge and attitude of mothers regarding vaccines in children under one year of the C.S Mirones 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-21) Encalada Ramírez, Paul Martin; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethObjective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of mothers regarding vaccines in children under one year of age at the Mirones Health Center 2021 Methodology: Research of the hypothetical-deductive, applied approach, non-experimental design, with a correlation level. The technique for data collection was the survey using the questionnaire as a tool, while for data processing and descriptive analysis such as tables and graphs, the MS-Excel and SPSS-25 programs were used. The sample consisted of 100 mothers with children under 1 year of age from the Mirones health center. RESULTS: The significant relationship between the variables was evident with a significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, then the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of mothers regarding vaccines in children under one year of age at the Mirones Health Center 2021. In addition, the Spearman coefficient (0.609) indicates that the relationship between the variables is good and positive CONCLUSIONS: The study allowed us to conclude that the level of knowledge has a positive impact on the attitudes of mothers regarding the vaccinations of their minor children at the Mirones Health Center 2021
