Ítem Acceso abierto Work condition and its relationship with the job satisfaction of nursing staff in the surgical center service of the Archbishop Loayza National Hospital Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-17) Eran Bravo, Raquel; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: Analyze the relationship between the working condition and the job satisfaction of nursing staff in the Surgical Center service of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima National Hospital, 2023. Methodological Design: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design and correlational scope. All nurses who work in the Surgical Center area of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima National Hospital will be part of the sample population of the study, a total of 40 nurses, using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique: the survey will be used in its questionnaire and observation form. Instruments: Which is subdivided by 3 dimensions: physical, psychological and social conditions 15 reagents. The instrument was taken from Oré Motta Erick and Soto Carrillo Cecilia. Each item was rated on a Likert scale (1 = never; 2 = rarely; 3 = sometimes; 4 = almost always; and 5 = always). Physical condition: good condition (19–25); fair condition; deficient. Psychological: good condition; fair condition and poor condition. Social: good, average and poor. Subdivided into 2 dimensions: intrinsic factors (10 items), and extrinsic factors. The instrument has been taken as an example by Oré Motta Erick and Soto Carrillo Cecilia, and modified by researchers. It was assessed using a Likert scale (1=Totally disagree; 2=Disagree; 3=Indifferent; 4=Agree; and 5=Totally agree). Rated as follows: Intrinsic factors: satisfied; moderately satisfied and dissatisfied. Extrinsic factors: satisfied; moderately satisfied and dissatisfied. Statistical processing and data analysis: Descriptive techniques will be applied to evaluate the frequency distribution of the variables and dimensions; and inferential analysis will be carried out to test the hypothesis using Pearson's Spearman's Rho case as appropriate.
