    Liderazgo transformacional de los profesionales de salud del servicio de gíneco- obstetricia y su influencia en el clima organizacional en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, 2019

    The objective of the study was to determine the correlation between the transformational leadership of the health professionals of the Gineco-Obstetrics Service and the organizational climate of the National Hospital Hipólito Unanue, 2019. Correlational, cross-sectional and observational-type research was developed. The sample consisted of 152 health professionals from the GinecoObstetrics service. Among the results was that the average age of health personnel was 53.4 to 8.9 years, where 71.7% were between 41 and 60 years old, 63.8% were women and 75.7% were between 10 and 15 years working. Transformational leadership was significantly correlated with the organizational climate (p.0.001, Rho-0.631), the results found will be useful for the different services of the Study Hospital, in order to homogenize the level of transformational leadership and organizational climate.
